By train

Lucca Station is crossed by train Firenze-Prato-Pistoia-Lucca-Viareggio. The main train station of the province is located in Viareggio.

By car

The nearest motorway is the A11 Firenze Mare, exit Lucca Est After leaving the motorway follow the signs to the Garfagnana along the ring road that goes around the walls of the historic city arrives at the Brenner SS1 towards Garfagnana . After about 6 km at the roundabout take the third exit crossing the river Serchio (jumper "From the Church") and keep on the main road in the direction of Garfagnana.
