Each year in late September marks the time of harvest (traditional festival of the grape harvest) in the vineyard of our estate. The winery produces about 1200 liters of wine each year, including several varieties of local origin including Trebbiano, Sangiovese, ferment, and strozzaprete Columban. Both during the growth and after harvesting the grapes and wine are treated exclusively with organic materials and minerals, to allow and ensure a completely organic product. Even the oil from the mill is based in the same organic principles.

Available on request are both bottles of wine (white and red) of extra virgin olive oil.
